Breakfast this morning was so funwe could choose anything on the breakfast menu for 30 baht each (68p), I had 6 items including a bowl of cornflakes (only cereal they had). Was so yummy with a range of nutrients my fruit bowl consisted of watermelon, apple, kiwi, grapes, pineapple, pomegranate and dragon fruit with a cute natural yoghurt pot, mixed berries and a dash of oats!! Little late than never, here's my belated pancakes for shrove Tuesday 🥞For these delicious pancakes I used: a scoop of my protein (chocolate and nut flavour), cup of plain flour, cup of almond milk, 1 free range egg.
