• TORTITAS DE TIRAMISÚ • Las tortitas de hoy son un poco más calóricas de lo normal, pero merece la pena el "sacrificio", porque están espectaculares!! 🤤🤤🤤 Quedan super esponjosas y más que tortitas, parece una mini tarta de capas, con un sabor dulce y un poco amargo de café...🤤🤤🤤 No vais a querer que se acaben nunca! Receta ⬇️: • Ingredientes: 🥚 1 huevo 1/2 taza de copos de avena 1/2 taza de claras de huevo ️ 1/4 taza de café descafeinado 1 plátano 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla ✨ 1 cucharadita de levadura royal Aceite de coco ️ 1/3 taza de mascarpone 🥛 2 cucharadas de leche de almendras 1 cucharada de cacao desgrasado Chocolate negro • Preparación: Mezclamos el huevo, las claras, la avena, el plátano, el café, la vainilla y la levadura y trituramos muy bien. Untamos un poco de aceite de coco en una sartén antiadherente a fuego medio y vamos vertiendo la mezcla, cuando vemos que se empieza a cuajar por la parte superior le damos la vuelta, esperamos más o menos un minuto y retiramos. ️ Una vez lista la sacamos y ponemos sobre un paño o una rejilla para que desprendan todo el calor y no queden chiclosas. ️ Mientras atemperan, mezclamos el mascarpone con la leche y removemos hasta hacerlo más untuoso. 🥞 Para servir las tortitas ponemos entre cada una de ellas un poco del mascarpone y terminamos con las onzas de chocolate negro y el cacao espolvoreado. Sunday morning pancakes as requested by my babe!🥞 I can't remember the last time I had pancakes for breakfast, but these are DAMN GOOD. Finally killed off our huge bucket of strawberries too! Sweetness is not usually the first thing I crave in the morning, but if you do then that's perfectly fine! Your favorite sweets can be made with real clean ingredients. @rachlmansfield is my favorite food blogger when it comes to making healthy sweets or sweet breakfasts. You guys should go follow her because I definitely had to channel my inner Rachel Mansfield on this one since I rarely make pancakes! CINNAMON VANILLA PANCAKES W/ STRAWBERRY CHIA JAM The batter contains whole wheat flour, flax seeds, homemade hemp milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking soda, a pasture raised egg, coconut oil, and pure maple. Topped with some homemade chia jam of course.

Good morning! After going out last night it's nice to know bowl of heaven has my back to regain that strength lost, and to rehydrate me for the day to come! My favorite is the green juice with a shot of ginger for extra alertness.

Don't Mess Around When Mama's in Town ~~~ Mom is visiting for the weekend and brought a bistro table! For lunch we're having Flat Omelettes with a Kale, Roasted Carrot and Walnut Salad. And of course channeling our French roots with a glass of red wine. Life could NOT be better. Sometimes it's nice to have a long, leisurely lunch in the sunshine PS like my converse? New Recipe Alert Honey toasted cashew balsamic Brussel Sprout Salad Even if you don't like Brussels, I can guarantee you'll like these✨ (recipe below) FACT! Brussels sprouts are rich soooooo many valuable nutrients They are an amazing source of vitamin C and vitamin K(you can get your daily need in just once serving!) They are also a good source of folate, manganese, vitamin B6, dietary fiber, choline, copper, vitamin B1, potassium, phosphorus and, wait for it.... omega-3 fatty acids! 1. Cut 1.5 pounds of Brussels in half, cutting off the stems. Lay them core up on a baking sheet, and spray with a layer of @chosenfoods avocado oil. 2. Sprinkle with @simplyorganicfoods salt & pepper, and then throw on a handful of raw cashew halves (I cut mine myself!) 3. Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins at 400 or until the Brussels have a nice char on them🤓 4. In a small mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil (or avocado oil), 2 tablespoons of @41olive traditional balsamic vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of @heavenlyorganics acacia honey ***adjust your honey to balsamic ratio, depending on the bitterness of the balsamic you use. My balsamic barely needs honey it's already naturally sweet!) 5. Once your Brussel/cashew combo is cooled, throw your roasted goods into the mixing bowl and toss to coat evenly! 6. Eat them cold or warm, however cold is SO GOOD! ✌ 7.
